Can we have the user permission related help article to be in a format where in X axis we can have the users - member/moderator/admin/owner and on Y axis we can have the actions. A simple tick and wrong mark can then indicate the permissions than on long texts which we can share with new users.

The folders always sit on top of the files, so suppose I have like 10 folders on the first page, and now I'm uploading a file outside these folders, I always have to scroll to view the file, which again doesn't feel optimal.
